Sea cucumber triterpene glycosides are a class of secondary metabolites that possess distinctive chemical structures and exhibit variety biological pharmacological activities. The application MS-based approaches for the study allows rapid evaluation structural diversity in complex mixtures. However, identification detected can be challenging. objective this is to establish first spectral library containing mass spectra sea using ultraperformance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight spectrometry. contains electrospray ionization tandem retention times 191 previously isolated from 15 species one starfish at Laboratory Chemistry Marine Natural Products G.B.
